Construction was completed on this outstanding Watercolor home in January, 2008. After furnishing and professionally decorating the home, we decided to put it into the vacation rental market because we simply cannot use it enough to justify the cost. We have been amazed and astounded by the response. We started advertising in February (a bit late to attract spring rentals), but immediately booked up most of the spring, and are booked solid for the summer. We expect to exceed $100K in rental revenue for 2008.

This is enough to cover our annual cost of owning the property,but frankly we have too much of our cash tied up in the property... and we don't want to sell it! We absolutely LOVE this house and we LOVE WaterColor. This is not a builder-spec home. It is a custom-designed, custom-built home with extraordinary quality construction and unparalleled upgrades and finishes.

We want to keep this home until we're old and gone... and then we want to pass it on to our kids. And the best way to accomplish this is to only keep what we can reasonably USE.

So, my husband and I are seeking three or four other partners as co-owners of the home. Each owner-partner will enjoy extraordinary vacations with their friends and family for years and generations to come.
